Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping
Within New Zealand Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take an extra 2–3 days. We ship using trusted courier partners and all parcels include tracking.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: Flat rate starts at $7 NZD. Rural delivery may incur an extra fee.
International Shipping
Currently, Luut ships within New Zealand only.
